Statistics show that the most frequent clients of coaching are women. They need support the most when they are in one of the most demanding periods of life: preparation for conception, pregnancy, puerperium, middle age, perimenopause, and menopause. The bodily transformation caused by changes in hormonal status, childbirth, aging… – almost without exception reflects on women’s mental and emotional state. Significant changes occur in the social environment: family growth, parenting challenges, children leaving, and retirement.
