Lifestyle coaching
Lifestyle coaching has many similarities with life coaching. The focus is on goals, personal development, and emotional support. But lifestyle coaching focuses more specifically on health, fitness, nutrition, finances, and relationships. The most significant difference is that lifestyle coaches also have additional professional fitness, nutrition, or finance knowledge. In addition, the lifestyle coach uses special techniques that are more directive than life coaching and refers to preparing a diet plan, physical exercises, and recommendations for improving mental and physical health for each client.
