Body coaching focuses on the entire body and physical appearance but also considers the individual’s mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. It aims to achieve the desired physical appearance and self-confidence through exercises, nutrition, various coaching tools, self-help techniques… It is wrong to equate body-oriented coaching with body psychotherapies. Although there are similarities, body coaching developed in response to the need for support in achieving physical and emotional well-being through work on the body and physical appearance.
