About Coaching
Executive Coaching
Although the coaching process varies, it unfolds similarly regardless of the topic or kind of client. If we highlight the area with the most specificity, it would undoubtedly be executive coaching (coaching for managers and CEOs).
Executive coaches do not work exclusively with people in high managerial and leadership positions. But, clients on executive coaching are usually like that: highly professional, successful in their jobs, leaders of teams of many people, with significant responsibilities, with a lot of obligations, a working day that doesn’t stop when others do, with challenges that they often can share with no one, with problems they have to solve themselves.
Executive coaching is the most demanding type, so it requires special coaching skills. Undoubtedly, a coach with any professional background could help a person in a managerial position to see himself more clearly, encourage the development of his potential, develop emotional intelligence and leadership skills, and give feedback. Often, more is needed. The coach must distinguish whether his client is a “problem manager” or a “manager with a problem”.
For clients in the first group, any coach would help them progress. However, for the second group, the coach must have extensive knowledge of psychology and vast experience because that “problem” most often lies in the deeper psychological foundations of the personality and requires a lot of understanding of the job itself. Understanding that even psychotherapy is not the happiest solution for such managers is essential.
Psychotherapy of one of the psychodynamic directions, such as psychoanalysis, would be helpful in this case. Still, it requires a lot of time, and often, the client gets the impression that his problem is dissipating. That is why an executive coach is the best solution to bridge this gap: he focuses on the issue and the solution to the problem, does not ignore the psychological basis of the problem, but through interactive work processes and solves it in the long run.
We offer you a solution for every type of executive coaching challenge.
Business coaching
We can first thank businesses for the development of coaching, seen through the history of its origin. With the development of the modern way of life, it became clear that talent, discipline, and hard work alone are not enough. Many additional skills are needed to be successful in business. Business coaching provides those skills and makes the difference between a ‘worker’ and a businessman.
The pandemic and the “new normal” in the business world have increased the awareness that additional skills and capacities are needed to be successful in business. According to some data, business coaches increased by more than 50% after the pandemic. Of course, this increase in the number of coaches was influenced by the demand for this type of service and people’s desire to establish a home-based business.
Business coaches can help you in different segments: building leadership skills, improving resilience – psychological resistance to stress in the business environment, improving communication, negotiation skills, decision-making skills, conflict management, performance improvement, emotion management, and many other skills.

Leadership Coaching
The development of an individual’s leadership potential is often the focus of coaching. It can include improving communication and interpersonal relationships, decision-making skills, motivating a team, managing stress and conflict, changing a team and organization, developing empathy and trust, and developing charisma and creativity. The company itself, which works to improve the leadership skills of its managers, has very tangible benefits: better cohesion in the team, commitment and involvement of members, more effective achievement of changes and goals, greater flexibility of members, and commitment to new ideas. Investing in coaching for leadership development can pay off many times over.

Strategic Coaching
“I wonder which way I ought to go.” – asked Alice in Wonderland. And successful managers of successful companies often wonder the same thing. Coaching can be helpful here as well.
A strategic planning coach focuses on what you want to achieve. Not only to set an adequate goal but also to give you tools, teach you skills, and open perspectives on how to realize those actions and effectively reach your goals.

Team Coaching
The team consists of people who differ in experience, profession, skills, psychological abilities… Although the team members have different individual goals, the common goals are similar. That is the main difference between a group and a team.
In companies, this is one of the most requested coaching services. Team coaching will lead your team to the highest performance, create cohesion and harmony, encourage inspiration and motivation of members, and create synergy in the team that ensures top results. A group of different individuals is only sometimes functional and productive, although they have the same goal. That’s why there is a team coach!
Life Coaching
Friends, teachers, and family members encourage us to develop and help develop potential and various skills. They often give us advice and ready-made solutions on how to do it, using their experience, empathy, and care, which usually does not lead to the desired change. If you want to change any aspect of your life, a life coach can help you. Life coaching is a broad category that covers different areas. Coach doesn’t need to be an expert in what you hire him for: he has the knowledge, tools, and skills to guide you through the process of change to the desired goal without giving advice or proposing ready-made solutions. Coach respects your autonomy and authenticity and allows you to see alternatives and the path to your goal.
Relationship Coaching
It most often refers to partner relationships, but the subject of work can also be relationships with parents, children, colleagues, friends… Sometimes, it is enough for a coach to fine-tune communication between partners. At the same time, they adopt the rules of assertive communication. Sometimes, more profound changes are needed that require the coach to be familiar with psychodynamics. A relationship implies at least two, and they can be completely different. That is why a variety of approaches to working with clients are practical.
Health Coaching
Whether group or individual, health coaching has a wide field of action. With the organization of the health system, as it is in the world, doctors who specialize in a specific area do not get to devote themselves in detail to each patient, especially when it is necessary to give recommendations. Doctors in the general practice office also only get to deal with some of the details. It turns out that you are by yourself. You often need clarification as to why you are undergoing a diet, what your diagnosis means, and whether there is anything you can do for yourself by correcting your diet, lifestyle, and habits…
That’s why health coaches are there – to bypass the gap between a specialist doctor and your general practitioner, to explain, guide, and give appropriate recommendations. Evidence suggests that the lack of good results in therapy often comes from patients not following the doctor’s recommendations; they do not adhere to the prescribed therapy because they are not sufficiently involved in the decision-making process about their treatment or need to understand the recommendations well. If you suffer from chronic diseases, a health coach with sufficient knowledge of medicine and coaching skills will enable you to maintain your health condition at the maximum possible level.
Lifestyle Coaching
Lifestyle coaching has many similarities with life coaching. The focus is on goals, personal development, and emotional support. But lifestyle coaching focuses more specifically on health, fitness, nutrition, finances, and relationships. The most significant difference is that lifestyle coaches also have additional professional fitness, nutrition, or finance knowledge. In addition, the lifestyle coach uses special techniques that are more directive than life coaching and refers to preparing a diet plan, physical exercises, and recommendations for improving mental and physical health for each client.
Fitness Coaching
Compared to life and lifestyle coaching, fitness coaching focuses more on physical activity and exercise to improve fitness, strength, endurance, and general physical well-being. The main goal of fitness coaching is improving physical condition, achieving specific fitness goals (e.g., weight loss, building muscle mass, improving fitness), and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
A fitness coach is not the same as a personal trainer. A fitness coach understands what the client wants to achieve, what he can do, and what he needs. A fitness coach uses specific exercises, training programs, nutrition plans, and motivational techniques to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Fitness coaches generally come from the world of sports and yoga, and it would be desirable if all personal trainers could coach their clients instead of working only on an exercise program.
Body Coaching
Body coaching focuses on the entire body and physical appearance but also considers the individual’s mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. It aims to achieve the desired physical appearance and self-confidence through exercises, nutrition, various coaching tools, self-help techniques… It is wrong to equate body-oriented coaching with body psychotherapies. Although there are similarities, body coaching developed in response to the need for support in achieving physical and emotional well-being through work on the body and physical appearance.
Women Coaching
In a woman’s life, there are very demanding and challenging periods of the life cycle in the physical, emotional, and social sense. Statistics show that the most frequent clients of coaching are women. They need support the most when they are in one of the most demanding periods of life: preparation for conception, pregnancy, puerperium, middle age, perimenopause, and menopause. The bodily transformation caused by changes in hormonal status, childbirth, aging… – almost without exception reflects on women’s mental and emotional state. Significant changes occur in the social environment: family growth, parenting challenges, children leaving, and retirement.
A coach for women deals with specific periods of a woman’s life, approaching holistically: physical health and appearance, mindset, and emotional aspects. A coach for women has adequate medical and psychological knowledge, fitness techniques, and nutrition.
Performance Coaching
Most often sought after for business purposes, especially for working with people with leadership aspirations to achieve optimal performance, remove their weak points and obstacles, reaching their maximum potential. In 1-1 work, the performance coach often evaluates how the client manages his performance and what is missing for maximum achievement, encourages progress, development, changes, making the right decisions, and works on professional ethics. Performance coaches more often come from management circles after appropriate training.
Transformational Coaching
When we get stuck in a certain period of our life, change is not enough but transformation. The most significant advantage of transformational coaching is long-term and sustainable change. To achieve this, the coach encourages the ability of self-reflection. Promotes the client’s recognition of obstructing forces, and by attaining authenticity, the client finds a purpose, additional energy, and a new perspective that he strives for without compromise. The client defines the goal with his coach, harmonizes it with the context and his capacities, and undertakes appropriate actions, which is done with full awareness and enthusiasm.
Success Coaching
Achieving your goal while realizing all your potential, talents, and ambitions is the easiest thing to accomplish with a success coach. In the coaching process, your initiative will flourish, your aspirations will grow, and in addition to the talents you possess, you will also receive the tools to achieve the success you have been longing for.
The coach will encourage your initiative, motivation, and future vision and work on developing the necessary skills. Through the process, you will learn to balance your desires and opportunities better, dare to step out of your comfort zone and move towards success by treating yourself and others responsibly.
Holistic Coaching
A holistic coach should provide a comprehensive approach to the client that considers all aspects of his life and works to achieve balance and well-being on all levels. It focuses on the wholeness of individuals, including the physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of their lives. Rather than focusing on just one segment of life or problem, holistic coaching considers all the factors that affect an individual’s well-being. It is comprehensive and systemic: It relies on the idea that all aspects of life are interconnected, and changes often follow that change in one area in other areas. It requires both extensive knowledge and coaching skills. Unfortunately, some “holistic” coaches do not provide enough attention or resources to all aspects of their clients’ lives, only focusing on one or a few aspects. Such an approach can lead to a lack of balance or unmet client needs.
Confidence Coaching
To a greater or lesser extent, every coaching work also touches on self-confidence. When something doesn’t go our way, when we feel disharmony within ourselves, we tend to shift the responsibility and blame onto ourselves. We look at ourselves too critically, so we blame ourselves for relationships and results that we did not influence ourselves.
A coach who will work with you on issues of self-confidence will help you to understand better and see yourself as a whole, to make your perception of yourself and others stable without dramatic influences from the outside, to overcome your fears (both those related to success and failure), to become more confident and self-reliant.
Developmental Coaching
Developmental coaching focuses on an individual’s personal development and progress on a professional and personal level. This coaching approach helps clients identify their strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for improvement. A developmental coach works with clients to set goals and develop skills and strategies to enhance their careers, relationships, and life experiences.
Teen/adolescent coaching
Teen/Adolescent coaching is designed to support teenagers and adolescents in their maturation process. This coaching provides youth with support and mentoring to develop self-confidence, emotional intelligence, communication, and problem-solving skills. A Teen/Adolescent coach works with young people to understand their needs, set goals, and overcome challenges that arise during this critical period of life.
Group Coaching
Group coaching is conducted in several models. With us on the X platform, you have options and programs for every type of group coaching. Unlike team coaching, the group comprises individuals who do not necessarily know each other in advance but have similar goals, challenges, interests, etc. Most people imagine group coaching as a meeting where you have 5 minutes to do something you say about yourself when it’s your turn.
The complete opposite of that! Conversation, action, and cooperation among members are encouraged; actions are on individual goals within the group, and all group members can benefit from that work – personally or professionally.
Group coaching can occur in real-time, where direct interaction with group members is possible. In recent years, it has mostly taken place online. The group members are enrolled from the beginning, and the group functions according to the principle of a closed cohort. It can be educational or experiential.
Another type of group coaching occurs by having recorded lectures or exercises available. Then, it is independent of your available time whether you will be able to attend, and you can start the course at any time. If you subscribe to a specific program, you can exercise the right to various packages and contents. We offer different workshops, webinars, and education on multiple topics.
Group coaching has numerous values and advantages over individual coaching. Of course, personal coaching is irreplaceable in many ways. The energy of the group and the support that each participant receives from the other members and group leader increase the sense of responsibility, produce prompt action, and constant motivation as everyone works towards their goals.
Group coaching promotes faster solutions to problems because it is a collective effort of the whole group. When multiple members come together to work on issues that concern all or most, various perspectives are revealed that help find solutions.
A cohesive group is a powerful tool for driving change, and change is often achieved more quickly and efficiently than when individuals work alone.
People in a group connect and communicate, engage more due to a sense of acceptance and responsibility towards the group, work on possible conflict situations and feelings, and express and resolve them freely within the group.
Mentoring
Mentoring and coaching are related disciplines. While a coach is a person who knows the mechanisms of change and guides you to the goal, regardless of whether he is an expert in the field you work in, a mentor is a person who has the experience, skills, and knowledge to lead you to the desired goal. Mentoring can be a long-term process of your professional learning and development, while coaching is a more focused process that is limited in time.
With a good mentor, professional development is much faster and more efficient.
